慢阻肺患者CAT评分与MMRC评分相关性探讨(1)
摘要：目的：探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者CAT量表评分与MMRC呼吸困难指数评分的相关性。方法：病例资料来源于我院2012年2月至2013年10月收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者，共86例，对COPD患者行肺功能检查、CAT评分及MMRC评分，并对结果作相关性分析。结果：CAT分值随着患者病情加重而增加，患者病情越严重，mMRC评分级别越高。对CAT 评分与MMRC评分之间进行相关性分析，相关系数为0.65，P<0.01，比较差异具有统计学意义。结论：CAT量表评分与MMRC呼吸困难指数评分之间的相关性较好，为临床提供研究性意义。关键词：慢性阻塞性肺疾病，CAT评分，MMRC评分，相关性
