摘要：目的 ：探讨连续性血液净化在重症脓毒血症治疗中的效果。方法： 选取35例重症脓毒血症患者，均给予CBP治疗。结果：成功治愈26例，占74.29%;死亡9例，占25.71%;患者治疗后的各项实验室指标均优于治疗前，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论： CBP治疗能有效改善血流动力学，提高救治成功率，值得推广。
