摘要：目的 ：探讨血管性痴呆患者血清同型半胱氨酸和尿酸水平的变化。方法： 选择2013年1月至2014年12月住本院的血管性痴呆患者74例以及年龄、性别相匹配的健康体检者68例，以全自动生化分析仪分别检测两组血清同型半胱氨酸和尿酸水平。结果： 与对照组比较，血管性痴呆组血清同型半胱氨酸、尿酸水平均升高，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论： 血管性痴呆患者血清同型半胱氨酸和尿酸水平水平升高，其机制有待进一步研究。
