摘要： 目的： 总结胃肠道类癌的临床特点、诊断、治疗和预后。方法： 回顾性分析经病理确诊和治疗的10例胃肠道类癌患者的临床资料和生存时间。结果： 5例食管类癌中位生存期75.5个月，4例结直肠类癌中位生存期53.0个月。同期治疗的食管鳞癌、结直肠腺癌的中位生存期分别为34.0和47.5个月。结论： 胃肠道类癌少见，淋巴结转移度少，外科手术治疗效果良好。
