摘要：目的：观察应用炔环丙孕酮片结合药物促排卵治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果。方法：选取我院140例患者为研究对象，所有患者均使用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗，观察组同时结合药物促排卵方法进行治疗。结果：观察组受孕28例，受孕率40.0%；对照组受孕10例，受孕率14.28%。差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：炔雌醇环丙孕酮片结合药物促排卵治疗多囊卵巢综合征能提高排卵率和受孕率，具有临床推广价值。
