LMP1羧基端活化区3在鼻咽癌干细胞迁移与侵袭中的作用(1)
摘要 ：目的：观察LMP1羧基末端活性区3(CTAR3)在鼻咽癌干细胞迁移与侵袭中的作用。方法：首先建立LMP1和CTAR3缺失突变型LMP1(LMP1△252-351)的鼻咽癌干细胞SP18细胞系(SP18-LMP1和SP18-LMP1△252-351)；然后观察LMP1和LMP1△252-351对SP18细胞迁移与侵袭的影响。结果：SP-LMP1△252-351细胞的迁移与侵袭能力较SP-LMP1细胞显著降低(n=3，P<0.05)。结论：LMP1羧基末端CTAR3是其促鼻咽癌干细胞迁移与侵袭的重要功能活性区域。

Abstract： Objective Observed the role of carboxy terminal activating region 3(CTAR3) of latent membrane protein 1(LMP1) in process of migration and invasion of nasopharyngeal carcinoma stem cell. Methods The SP18 cell of stable expressed LMP1 and deletion mutant type LMP1 (LMP1△232-351) were established (SP18-LMP1and SP18-LMP1△252-351). The effect of LMP1 and LMP1△232-351 for cellular migration and invasion were observed in SP18 cells.
