摘 要：目的：探讨消旋卡多曲颗粒联合妈咪爱治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒腹泻的疗效及安全性。方法：选取我院收治的104例婴幼儿轮状病毒腹泻患者，随机均分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予蒙托石散剂、妈咪爱综合治疗；观察组在对照组的基础上加用消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗。比较两组患者治疗总有效率和不良反应发生率的差异。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为96.2%，显著高于对照组的80.8%(P<0.05)；两组患者均无不良反应发生，不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论：消旋卡多曲颗粒联合妈咪爱治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒腹泻疗效显著，无不良反应发生，值得临床推广使用。

Abstract：Objective： To observe effect and security of racecadotril granules with Medilac-Vita on rotavirus diarrhoea in infants.Method： Selected 104 infants of rotavirus diarrhoea as the research treated in our hospital. These infants randomly divided into control group (52 cases)and observer group (52 cases).
