摘 要：目的：探讨单纯性肠梗阻患者按摩艾灸足三里穴对患者疗效的影响。方法：选择单纯性肠梗阻患者60例，随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，对照组实施一般护理和常规治疗方法，观察组除了实施一般护理和常规治疗外还进行按摩艾灸足三里穴的护理。结果：对照组有效率达80.3%，观察组有效率达90.7%，高于对照组10.4%，经统计学处理，两组差异有显著意义(P< 0.05)。结论：按摩艾灸足三里穴可以明显提高单纯性肠梗阻患者治疗效果。

Abstract： Objective： To explore the simple intestinal obstruction in patients with massage effect of moxibustion at Zusanli point on patients.
