肝动脉化疗栓塞联合得力生注射液治疗原发性肝癌的疗效分析

摘要：目的：探讨肝动脉化疗栓塞联合得力生注射液治疗原发性肝癌的应用价值。方法：将收治的85例原发性肝癌患者按不同治疗方案分为试验组(46例，给予肝动脉化疗栓塞联合得力生注射液治疗)和对照组(39例，给予单纯肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗)，对两组近期疗效效果及生活质量改善情况进行综合比较。结果：试验组治疗总有效率(56.52%)与对照组(41.03%)比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)；试验组患者生活质量改善率(65.22%)明显高于对照组(43.59%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：肝动脉化疗栓塞联合得力生注射液治疗原发性肝癌可增强近期疗效，提高患者生活质量，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract： Objective To investigate TACE combined Delisheng therapeutic value to primary liver cancer.
