摘要：目的：了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点及规律，为临床安全、合理用药提供参考。方法：对我院2013年从病房及门诊收集的并已上报到国家ADR监测中心的293例ADR进行分析和归纳。结果：年龄≥60 岁的患者发生ADR比例最高(114例，占38.91%)；静脉给药引起的ADR最多(207例，占70.65%)；引起ADR最多的药物为抗菌药物(110 例，占37.54%)；ADR损害类型主要以皮肤及其附件损害为主(138例，占40.71%)。结论：临床药师在ADR监测中发挥了关键作用。在宣传和完善ADR监测制度的同时，应加强临床用药的合理性，才能真正减少 ADR 的发生。
