[摘要]目的探讨脊髓动静脉畸形栓塞治疗的护理措施。方法收集和整理2005年1 月～2006 年12 月在我院治疗的20 例脊髓动静脉畸形患者的临床护理资料,进行回顾性分析。结果20例脊髓动静脉畸形患者栓塞治疗后脊髓功能均有不同程度恢复。介入治疗后出现并发症3 例,其中脊髓血管痉挛1 例,轻度蛛网膜下隙出血1 例,股动脉穿刺部位血肿形成1 例。结论规范化的护理措施能提高介入治疗的效果和降低并发症的发生。

    [Abstract]： Objective Searching for the optimal nursing standardization in endovascular intervention therapy of spinal cord arteriovenous malformations (AVM) . Methods The clinical nursing data of 20 AVMpatients with endovascular embolization were retrospectly collected and analyzed. The nursing standardization were reviewed and sumaried. Results IN 57 patients , the spinal function was improved at different degrees after endovascular embolism. There were 3 complications ,including 1 spinal arterial spasm ,1 subarachnoid hemorrhage and 1 hematoma at artery puncture spot.Conclusion It is important to practice standardized nursing intervention for increasing the effect of endovascular embolization and decreasing the occurrence of complication. ......
