[摘要] 目的 构建患医患和谐，防范医疗纠纷的发生。方法分析了医疗纠纷产生的原因，阐明了医疗纠纷对医院造成的影响，探讨了医疗纠纷的处理技巧及防范对策。结果化解了医疗纠纷，避免了矛盾激化。结论运用恰当的方法和技巧，对妥善处理医疗纠纷有重要的作用。

    Abstract：Objective：To creat a harmonious dorctor-patient relationship and avoid medical disputes.Method：Analyze the reasons and treatment techneques and preventve measure of medical disputes，and definite impacts that the hospital have to suffer from medical disputes. Result：Dissolve contradictions and avoid conflicts. Conclusion：It is important to handle medical disputes proporly through using approapriate methods and skills.
