[摘 要]目的 探讨治疗和预防肌肉注射出现红肿、疼痛的最佳方法。方法 对我科收治因肌肉注射后局部出现肿痛、硬结、感染患者进行原因分析，总结出相应的防治策略。结果 我科护士在执行肌肉注射技术操作过程中无一例发生临床并发症。结论 强化安全操作意识及探讨良好的对策有利于临床护理工作的开展。Intramuscular injection of a common complication of the clinical analysis and response
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the treatment of intramuscular injection appeared swelling，pain，the best way. Methodssection after the local hospital as a result of intramuscular injection pain occurred，induration，infection of the reasons foranalysis，summed up the prevention and treatment strategies. Results I have the results of nurses in the implementationof the intramuscular injection in the process of technical operations with a case of clinical complications. Conclusion strengthenthe awareness of safe operation and to explore strategies conducive to good clinical care work.

肌肉注射是一种需迅速达到药效或不易口服给药时采取的给药途径，药液通过注射器注入肌肉组织内，达到治病的目的，它是当前应用最多的给药途径之一[1]。在进行肌肉注射时，我们可选择臀大肌、臀中肌、臀小肌、股外侧肌及上臂三角肌，由于肌肉注射是有创性的操作，在临床实践中常引起一些并发症。
