【摘要】目的：调查分析复治肺结核病人的家庭及社会疾病经济负担。方法：采用失能调整生命年(DALY)方法计算疾病经济负担。结果：复治肺结核病人的家庭和社会的疾病经济负担明显高于初治病人。结论：急需减轻复治病人的疾病经济负担，减少复治结核病例的产生。
