【摘要】心理健康教育和学科教学有着共同的终极目标。各学科的课堂教学是学校心理健康教育的最主要场所。只有把心理健康教育渗透到学科教学中，心理健康教育才是真正落到了实处，智育和心育的契合点在学科教学中。在学科教学中渗透心理健康教育是进行心理健康教育各种方式中更为可行和常用的一条途径。教师要寻找学科教学内容中的契机，在教学中培养学生的积极情感、坚韧的意志、良好的性格。当然，在学科教学中开展心理健康教育要掌握“适度”原则，同时教师的自我提升是在学科渗透心理健康教育的前提。
