【摘要】目的：观察牵引、按摩、手法整复治疗颈椎病的临床观察。方法：选择2412例颈椎病、对各型颈椎病牵引角度如神经根型前屈10~25度，椎动脉型前屈1~10度，交感型后仰1~20度，颈型前屈10~25度，脊髓型后仰1~15度。牵引重量为2.5至12kg，时间为30分钟，每日一次。按摩手法整复采用北京中国人民解放军301医院王福根教授的手法。结果：通过分型对症治疗，神经根型有效率96.56%，颈型有效率97.75%，脊髓型有效率90.53%，椎动脉型有效率93.17%，交感型有效率92.69%，混合型有效率96.69%，总结出对治疗不当引起的症状加重的原因，如何提高整复手法配合牵引治疗颈椎病的治愈率。
