【摘要】目的：探讨“王氏韧带”[1]提紧附加眶膈脂肪移位固定眼袋成形机理及其远期美容效果。 方法：以“王氏韧带”(即眶肌筋膜韧带)提紧为基本方法辅以眶膈脂肪移位固定，消除眶下缘沟的术式，整复中老年眼袋135例。结果：本法手术135例眼袋，80例于术后1~3年间获得随访，无1例眼袋复发，眶下缘带沟消失，外形自然，无睑缘僵直和眼疲劳征。结论：“王氏韧带”提紧附加眶脂肪移位固定眼袋成形术弥补单纯眶肌筋膜韧带提紧眼袋整形术的不足，术后远期效果更为理想，具有适用价值和推广意义。
