【摘要】目的：探讨交锁髓内钉固定术的护理措施以提高疗效。方法：对股骨、胫骨骨折患者，配合医生施行交锁髓内钉固定术，并做好术前、术中、术后护理。结果：本组35例骨折患者主动配合手术，术后骨折均固定牢固、无畸形愈合，随访一年以上，骨折全部愈合，下肢功能及关节活动良好。结论：术前适当的心理护理及充分准备，术中做好手术配合及护理，术后严密监测及康复训练，有利于提高手术满意度。
