【摘要】作者对“寰椎沟环综合征”的解剖学特点、发病基础、病因病理、临床表现作了进一步的研究，提出了新的分型标准及诊断依据，以生物力学平衡原理为指导运用针刀配合手法治疗，取得了满意的疗效。
