【摘要】目的:探讨代谢综合征(MS)与心脑血管疾病之间的临床关系。方法:收集2007年5月体检对象321例，对其各项代谢指标及心脑血管疾病情况进行统计，并根据代谢指标的异常项目数进行分组，≥12项者为MS组(238例)，<2项者为非MS组(83例)，并对两组进行统计分析。结果:MS组与非MS组比较，年龄、体重指数BMI、腰围WC、总胆固醇TC、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇HDL-C、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇LDL-C、甘油三脂TG、空腹血糖FPG、血尿酸UA有显著的统计学差异。且心脑血管疾病发生率随MS异常项数目增多而升高。结论：MS的发生率在心脑血管疾病人群中显著高于正常人，提示心脑血管疾病的发生与MS有密切关系，尤其是腹型肥胖属高风险人群，应高度重视。
