【摘要】目的:探讨儿童过敏性紫癜临床特点。方法:分析和总结62例儿童过敏性紫癜发病情况，临床表现及治疗。结果:冬季发病20例(40.82%)，春季发病18例(38.21%)，合计(79.03%)。发病前有上呼吸道感染史42例(67.74%)，食物引起1l例(17.74%)，药物引起4例(6.45%)，其它5例(8.06%)。结论：儿童过敏性紫癜冬春好发，上呼吸道感染是主要诱发因素。
