【摘要】目的：分析和评价薄层CT扫描对眼眶内侧壁骨折的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析2005年度25例眼眶内侧壁骨折的CT资料，男性19例，女性6例，均为轴位薄层CT扫描。结果：25例眼眶内侧壁骨折，均位于筛骨纸板。讨论：薄层CT扫描能清楚显示眼眶内侧壁骨折的直接征象和间接征象，是不可缺少的重要检查手段。

    【Abstract】Purpose：Analyze and evaluate lamellar CT scan diagnostic value of fossa orbitalis,medial orbital wall fracture Method：Retrospectively analyze 25 cases of fossa orbitalis media orbital wall fracture files in 2005(male 19 cases and female 6 cases)which are all axial view lametlar CT scan films.Result：These 25 cases fossa orbitalis medial orbital wall fracture all situated at perpendicular lamina of ethmoid bone.Discussion：Lamellar CT scan can distinctly manifest direct sign and indirect sign of the fossa orbitalis medial orbital wall fracture、and this is an indispensable significant examination method. ......
