【摘要】中药饮片质量和调剂工作的好坏，关系到处方质量的优劣、关系到中药质量的发挥，从而影响医疗质量。因此，确保饮片和调剂工作质量是十分重要的。在中药调剂的操作工序中，要求调配人员既要有系统的理论知识，又要有传统的工艺技术。同时，调剂人员还必须遵循“药德”，还应熟悉方剂的组成法则及其配伍关系，并掌握一定的医药知识，以及一些“固有成方”。总之，处方调配是调剂过程中的关键技术，它要求调剂人员有丰富的业务知识，严格按照医师的要求，根据调剂规程进行调配。
