【摘要】目的:探讨不同方法对褥疮的治疗效果。方法:将病人随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组用西瓜霜加呋喃西林联合治疗，对照组用甲硝唑、磺胺嘧啶银、维生素B12联合治疗进行对比观察。结果:实验组在治愈时间及治愈率上，明显优于对照组。差异有显著性(p<0.05)。结论:应用西瓜霜加呋喃西林联合治疗，可以明显提高褥疮的治愈率，缩短治愈时间。

    【Abstract 】Objective：To evaluate the effectiveness of different methods in treating bedsore. Methods：Total 54 Patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, The experivemental group was teated with watermelon Powder Spraying combined with furacilin，the control group was treated with metronidazole combined with silver sulfadiazine and vitamin12 . Results：Total 30 rats were involed in the result analysis,the rate of cure and shorten the bedsore healing time of experimental group were better than control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion：usingwatermelon Powder Sprayingcombinedwith furacilin cansignificant promote the rate of cure and shorten the bedsore healing time in treating bedsore.
