言语治疗青春期后假声
【摘要】目的：探讨言语治疗青春期后持续性假声的效果。方法：对12例青春期后持续性假声患者采用言语训练的方法矫治，矫治前均行电子喉镜检查咽喉、声带情况及最大声时测定，纯音测听和心理治疗。结果：随访1~5年，12例青春期后持续性假声患者全部一次性治愈。患者全部恢复为正常宏亮男声，无假声、异常发声和复发。结论：应用言语训练矫治青春期后持续性假声是一种有效的方法。【关键词】言语训练青春期假声
Speech Training for Mutational Falsettos

【Abstract】objective：To study the effect of the speech training in the patients with murational falsettos.Methods：Twelve patients with mutational falsettos were acceptted the speech training.Vlediolaryngoscopy was used to learn the laryngopharynx and vocal card before the treatment.Also the longest time of the tone.pure tone audiometry and psycho-intervention was condueted in patients with mutational falsettos before the speech training.Results：After 1-5 years follow-up.totally 12 patients were healed.All the patients have normal and sonorous voice without inflexion and falsettos.Conelusion：The speech training for the patients with mutational falsettos is an efiective methode.
