【摘要】目的：探讨尼莫地平在治疗脑挫裂伤中的作用。方法：选择急性颅脑损伤经CT检查为脑挫裂伤入院的患者60例按常规综合治疗作为对照组，另60例接受常规治疗+尼莫地平治疗，分析比较GCS、GOS、脑水肿面积、头痛、外伤性癫痫、死亡率、致残率等指标变化情况，随访3个月。结果 ：尼莫地平治疗组的GCS、水肿面积改善情况、死亡率、致残率明显优于对照组。结论：尼莫地平能早期改善颅脑损伤患者的临床症状，显著降低脑挫裂伤患者的死亡率、致残率。
