【摘要】目的：探讨静脉全麻应用于人工流产术中的临床效果。方法：选择自愿要求无痛终止妊娠早孕妇女300例作观察组，再选择不要求无痛终止妊娠早孕妇女300例作对照组，将两组术中宫颈松弛情况、术中、术后疼痛情况、术中出血量、手术时间及手术并发症进行对比。结论：为蒙欣静脉全麻镇痛效果佳，操作简便，作用时间较短，苏醒快，苏醒后意识完全恢复，并且无明显的药物积蓄性，角除了患者痛苦，提高手术质量，降低并发症，值得推广应用。
