血小板数量异常疾病的巨核系统形态分析

摘要：目的 探讨血小板减少性疾病及血小板增多症的巨核系统形态变化。方法 本文回顾分析各类血小板减少性疾病96例，血小板增多症36例。重新进行形态学观察，探讨其变化规律。结果 发现原发性血小板减少性紫癜和骨髓增殖性疾病均发生形态异常。继发性血小板减少的巨核系统形态异常主要发生在造血系统疾病中，形态异常的表现有相同之处。结论 巨核系统形态变化对血小板减少和增多的分类具有一定意义。

【Abstract】Objective To study the morphological changes at the megakaryocytic system in thrombocytopenic diseases and thrombocytosis disease.Methods This issue retrospectively analyzed 96 cases of various diseases thrombocytopenia, thrombocytosis 36 cases. We observed their morphology again and aimed at the rule of its change.Results The results showed abnormal morphology in both idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura and myeloproliferative disorders, whereas the morphology abnormality of megakaryocytic system in secondary thrombocytopenia mostly occurred in hematopoietic diseases and had the similar appearance. Conclusions The change of morphology at the megakaryocytic system has certain significance on classification the cause of thrombocytopenia and thrombocytosis. ......
