    摘要：目的 探讨子宫肌瘤动脉介入栓塞治疗的术前、术中、术后及其并发症的护理问题。方法 对41例采用介入治疗的病人实施有效的心理护理，认真做好术前准备，术中、术后严密观察，特别是加强并发症的观察与护理。结果 41例子宫肌瘤患者通过介入治疗及精心护理，均获得满意效果。结论 子宫肌瘤介入治疗具有高效、微创、住院时间短、术后恢复快等优点，术前、术中、术后护理及并发症防治是保证病人获得良好疗效的关键。
