【摘要】随着医用复合树脂在口腔科的广泛使用，对此类材料的研究也有了一定的发展。本文就近年来医用牙科复合树脂的组成、聚合方式的改进、物理、机械性能的改善及应用作以综述，分析了树脂基质、无机填料种类及偶联剂等因素对医用复合树脂的影响，临床应用的选择及此类材料亟待解决的问题，并对今后的研究进行了展望。
