【摘要】目的 了解细节管理，保证住院患者的医疗安全。方法 通过科室理论学习、派出去学习及平时督察。并反复强调细节决定成败和我们的服务对象是患者。结果 具体采取了抓管理中的细节、清洗中的细节、包装中的细节、一次性物品管理中的细节及灭菌和下收下送中的细节。结论 保证了住院患者的医疗安全，降低了医院感染率。
