游离带血管神经蒂的股前外侧皮瓣移植修复足背皮肤缺损
【摘要】目的 探讨用带血管神经蒂的股前外侧皮瓣修复足背皮肤缺损的效果。方法 应用吻合神经、血管的股前外侧皮瓣修复足背皮肤缺损伤28例。结果 皮瓣全部成活,皮瓣感觉恢复好。结论 皮瓣血管、神经位置恒定,切取方便,术后皮瓣有感觉,耐磨是修复足背大面积皮肤缺损的较好的方法。【关键词】股前外侧皮瓣 足背 皮肤缺损

【Abstract】Objective To explore with neurovascular pedicled anterolateral thigh flap for dorsal foot skin defects.Methods match nerves and blood vessels of the anterolateral thigh flap for dorsal foot skin,lack of injury in 28 cases.Results All flaps survived,flap sensory recovery good.Conclusion The flap blood vessels,nerve location constant,were cut to facilitate,wooden flaps have feelings,and wear-resistant dorsal foot to repair large skin defects of the better method.
