摘 要目的：对用涡轮钻法和常规法(即骨凿劈冠法)拔除下颌低位前倾水平阻生齿的效果进行比较。方法：对86例双侧均为低位前倾阻生齿的患者采用两种方法拔除两侧的阻生齿，以便于比较。结果：用常规法术后患者并发症远较涡轮钻法严重，两种方法都未出现干槽症，用涡轮钻法患者更易耐受。结论：用涡轮钻法拔除下颌低位前倾水平阻生齿更安全、简便，更易为医生掌握，为患者接受。

    AbstractObjective：Comparing the effects of turbine drilling method and regular method ( Bone chiseling and dental crown hacking method) on extraction of mandible impacted tooth which is low lying and pitch level. Method：using the two methods to extract mandible impacted tooth of 86 patients whose impacted tooth are located at both sides and are low lying and pitch level, and then made the comparison. Result: Complication was much more serious by regular method. Dry socket did not happen by the two methods and patients are more likely to accept turbine drilling method. Conclusion: using turbine drilling method to extract mandible low lying and pitch level impacted tooth is safer, more convenient, more easy to operate for doctors and acceptable for patients. Impact
