摘 要目的:观察米非司酮在治疗子宫肌瘤时所起的作用。方法:对连续服用米非司酮25mg三个月,子宫小于10周妊娠子宫大小的患者与未服药的患者作临床对比。结果:服用米非司酮的患者50%肌瘤缩小40%～70%,30%患者肌瘤有所缩小,20%没改变。结论:米非司酮25mg/d的剂量治疗子宫肌瘤有效。

    AbstractObjective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Mifepristone on patients with uterine leiomyoma .Methods:Buseline ultrasound examinations of myomas and uterine were obtained and repeated three months of Mifepristone in 25mg treatment.Results:The decrease in leiomyoma volume with Mifepristone treatment was time-dependent while 40% and 70% in 50%patinents;Conclusions:Mifepristone may be an effectine therapeutic agent for leiomyomas with fewer side effects.
