摘 要目的：本研究分析桥本氏甲状腺炎的超声特点。方法：本院超声科2003年1月至2008年5月，共收集及整理，经超声检查和手术病理证实的桥本氏甲状腺炎40例。结果：甲状腺双侧肥大，28例检有结节占71.4%，另外12例腺体光点增粗：回声偏低。结论：超声对桥本氏甲状腺炎可做到诊断明确，对治疗有重要价值。
