摘 要目的:探讨恶性肿瘤化疗后并发带状疱疹的临床护理方法。方法:针对带状疱疹的发生、发展与转归的特点,采取相应的护理措施。结果:通过加强基础护理、疼痛护理、皮肤护理、心理护理和有效的感染预防和控制,患者康复状况良好。结论:有效的护理对带状疱疹的痊愈有密切的关系,可减轻患者的疼痛,缩短病程及防止继发感染的发生。

    AbstractObjective:To explore the nursing care of m alignant tumor patients combined with herpes zoster after chemotherapy. Methods:Positive nursing cares are adopted according to the cause,development and outcome of the disease.Result:Strengthening our basic care,pain management,skin care, positive psychological care and infection prevention and controll,patients recovered well.Conlusion:Positive nursing care are the key factors for patients recovery.It can avoid secondary infection,shorten the course of the disease and reduce pain.
