[摘要] 随着新医改方案的出台和人民群众对医疗服务的需求不断变化,医院后勤服务工作正面临着越来越多的新挑战。一方面,随着社会主义市场经济体制的逐步完善,改革的进一步深入,医院后勤服务工作将不断探索走向市场,走向社会服务机构的新路子。另一方面,随着医疗体制改革的不断深入,对医院后勤服务保障的要求越来越高,以致医院后勤服务工作难度日益增大。这些既是我们面临的压力和挑战,也是自我发展的新的机遇。特别是我院还将面临医疗综合楼的建成,新医疗综合楼床位更多、设备更先进、功能更完备,现在的管理模式、人员和岗位配备显然不能满足需要。
