【摘要】随着医院的不断发展,高、精、新医疗设备的增加,医院后勤工作涉及的范围和知识面越来越广,社会和医院对医院后勤的要求也越来越高。这就给医院后勤工作提出了新的要求,促使后勤工作进行改革。后勤工作不再是修修补补、洗洗衣服就行了的问题。医院的后勤状况与医院的规模和发展直接相关,医院作为以医疗、科研、教学为主要工作内容的事业单位,后勤工作一直占据着较为重要的位置。但随着改革的深入以及经济和社会发展的客观要求,医院后勤服务必须改革,而改革的方向就是后勤服务社会化。近几年来,我们医院的领导和后勤管理人员一直在研究探索后勤改革,改革的尝试在深度和广度上都有了一定的进展,取得了一些经验。
