    据全国废水处理设施运行情况调查表明,在所调查的22个省市的5556套废水处理设施因报废、闲置、停运等原因而完全没有运行的占32%,运行的占68%,因设备管理问题造成24.3%的设备运行率达不到80%,即使运行率大于80%的设施,在去除污染物上,去除作用低于80%的就有61.6%。去除污染物效率在50%的设备占49.1% ......
