【摘要】文章通过对医院CT、MRI等大型设备从购置到运行等基本状况、运行成本、运行效益等方面内容的分析，阐述了大型医疗设备购置时论证的必要性，以及影响设备运行效果的几个关键因素，揭示了提高设备运行效果的方法。
