浅议医院基本建设项目管理
【摘 要】本文针对现阶段医院建设项目现状分析，结合自身在医院基建项目管理中的实际做法，简要阐述了医院建设工程业主的过程控制与管理的基本方法、主要工作内容、经验体会及具体措施，供业内同仁探讨。

【Abstract】According to the current situation of present hospital construction project analysis， combined with their own actual practice in the hospital management of infrastructure projects， briefly describes the basic method， and the concrete measures of process control and management of hospital construction project owner's main work contents， experience， and industry colleagues to investigate.
