浅析医院后勤外包服务公司的管理(1)
【摘 要】外包服务市场的逐渐成熟推动了医院后勤社会化进程，服务公司在为医院提供专业化服务的同时，也对医院管理者提出了新的挑战。文章通过对某肿瘤专科医院服务公司员工调查分析，提出精细化管理和绩效考核的管理理念，并提出将医院文化植根服务公司的观点，以期通过一系列合理有效的管理方式达到提升外包服务公司的服务质量。
