【摘 要】为探讨医院楼宇物业管理中心在后勤外包监管中发挥的作用，医院采用规范工作制度、细化工作流程、运用三级管理考核、管理工具质量控制、合理调配人力资源等，实施有成效的管理举措。通过管理的预先介入、过程监管和结果反馈，加大了管理力度，确保了各项合同内容的落实，使医院、物业公司、住院病人的满意度明显提高。楼宇物业管理中心充分发挥职能作用，提高了后勤物业管理的水平和服务质量，提升了总体满意度。
