【摘要】目的：观察与分析老年人急性心肌梗死的护理方案效果。方法：选取符合条件的20例老年急性心肌梗死患者，同时对其进行相关护理且观察护理效果以及进行数据的统计，然后对其结果进行分析。结果：本次护理方案总有效率为85.00%且明显高于无效率，另外通过护理后患者生命体征得以稳定且护理并发症较低(▲p<0.05)。结论：加强对老年人急性心肌梗死的护理方案效果研究能进一步提高护理质量、改善患者生活质量。

    【Abstract】Objective:Observation and analysis of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction care and program effectiveness. Methods: 20 patients eligible patients with acute myocardial infarction, and its related nursing care and observation of effects and statistical data, and the results were analyzed.
