我院实行人才派遣用工制度的实践与体会

     【摘要】 为缓解人员不足,医院自2001年开始引进合同制人员,随着新的劳动合同法出台,为了降低用人成本,开始招聘人才派遣制人员,解决了人员不足的问题。自实行人才派遣制度以来,医院已经形成一套完整的人力资源管理模式,对员工形成激励的同时也促进了医院发展,但在管理过程中也存在一定的问题,医院针对问题采取了相应的对策,得到较好的效果。

    The practice and experience of talent dispatching work system implementment in our hospital

    【Abstract】In order to alleviate lack of staff, the hospital began to introduce contract personnel since 2001.With the enactment of the new labor contract law, in order to reduce the employing cost,the hospital start to recruit talents dispatch system personnel,then the problem of insufficient personnel was solved. Since the talent dispatching system was practiced,the hospital has developed a complete set of human resource management mode,which inspire employees and also promoted the hospital development.But there are also some problems in the management process.The hospital has adopted corresponding measures in order to solve the problem,and then get better effect.
