【摘要】目的：探讨我院青年颈椎病患者的临床治疗效果。方法：2006年1月～2010年6月在我院住院治疗的30岁以下的颈椎病患者30例，回顾分析其临床表现、治疗方式。结果：均恢复原工作。结论：针对致病因素采取前路椎间盘切除减压椎间融合或非融合或/和后路椎板成形术可取得满意疗效。
