【摘要】 目的：探讨子宫腔填塞纱布治疗产后出血的临床效果。方法：对68例产后出血患者子宫腔填塞纱布的病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果：此方法用于治疗产后出血的成功率高，减少了产科急症子宫切除率。结论：子宫腔填塞纱布对于治疗产后出血，尤其是胎盘剥离面渗血有良好的临床效果，不论对剖宫产或阴道分娩者均有效。方法简单，值得推广。

    【Abstract】Objective:To detect the clinical result of intra-uterine pack with sterilized gauze for control of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:68 patients with intra-uterine pack with sterilized gauze for hemorrhage,amount of blood loss and blood transfusion,successful rate of controlling postpartum hemorrhage,amountofhemoglobin,postoperative morbidiry,complicarion,ultrasonography were analyzed.Results:Intra-uterine pack wirh sterilized gauze could control postopartum hemorrhage successfully,decrease rate of emergency hysterectomy.Conclusion:The technique can control postpartum hemorrhage when cesarean section or vaginal delivery,especially is worth applying widely.
