【摘要】目的总结食管癌术后经鼻十二指肠营养管给予肠内营养的护理要点。方法2008年8月—2011年1月在我科住院手术食管癌的患者89例，术中均留置一根鼻十二指肠营养管，术后第二天开始经营养管注入流质，至术后10～14天拔管，1例吻合口瘘保留营养管至吻合口愈合，其中2例提前拔管。结果全组病例均能耐受营养管的留置，经营养管给予肠内营养能满足患者每日的营养量，减少了静脉输液量和卧床输液时间，减少了患者的经济负担，效果良好。结论术后早期留置十二指肠营养管并经营养管给予肠内营养，既满足食管癌患者的营养需要又减轻了患者的负担,具有良好的社会经济效益。

    【Abstract】Objective: To summarize the duodenum postoperative nasal feeding tube given to the nursing of enteral nutrition. Methods: August 2008 -2011 in January in my inpatient surgery in patients with esophageal cancer in 89 cases of nasal surgery were retained a duodenal feeding tube, after the second day of maintenance operations into the liquid to surgery 10 to 14 days after extubation, and 1 anastomotic feeding tube to keep the healing anastomosis, 2 patients early extubation. Results: All the patients could tolerate the indwelling feeding tube, enteral nutrition management of maintenance to meet the daily nutrient levels in patients, reducing the amount of intravenous fluids and bed infusion time, reducing the economic burden of patients with good effect. Conclusion: Early postoperative indwelling duodenal tube and enteral nutrition management of maintenance, both to meet the nutritional needs of patients with esophageal cancer but also reduce the burden of patients with good social and economic benefits. ......
