【摘要】目的 探讨奇正消痛贴膏治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。 方法 2009年6月-2009年8月，予101例膝骨关节炎患者奇正消痛贴膏关节间隙贴敷，每日2贴，每贴8 h，间隔4 h，连续用药1个月为1个疗程。于治疗前及最终随访时予膝骨关节炎严重性指数(ISOA)评分，评价治疗效果，同时观察皮肤过敏反应情况。 结果 101例患者全部获得12～14个月的随访，平均随访时间为13.3个月。治疗前ISOA评分为4.14±0.63分，最终随访时ISOA评分为0.74±0.12分，经统计学分析t ＝-8.51，P <0.05，治疗前后疗效差异具有统计学意义；皮肤过敏反应发生率为10.89%。结论 奇正消痛贴膏外用可以显著减轻膝骨关节炎的严重程度，具有显著的临床疗效，但在临床应用时需对病人说明可能发生的过敏反应。

    Evaluation on the Clinical Curative Effect of Xiaotong Plaster in Knee Osteoarthritis Patients：101 cases

    【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Xiaotong Plaster in knee osteoarthritis. Methods From June 2009 to August 2009, 101 patients diagnosed knee osteoarthritis were gived Xiaotong Plaster for one month . ISOA score before treatment and final follow-up were recorded to evaluate the effect of the plaster. Allergy reaction of the skin was observed at the same time. Results All patients were follow-up for an average of 13.3 months(12-14months). ISOA was 4.14±0.63 points before treatment and 0.74±0.12 points at final follow-up. There was statisticaldifference between them, P<0.05 (t ＝-8.51). The incidence of allergy reaction was 10.89%.Conclusions Xiaotong Plaster has good curative effect on the remission of local pain and activity limitation in early stage knee osteoarthritis patients ......
