因此，在利用无创技术对老年冠心病心肌缺血和心肌梗死诊断中，心电图指标碎裂QRS波具有很重要的临床价值，是最经济、便捷的检查方法。fQRS不失为一理想的心肌缺血及心肌梗死阳性预测价值较高的诊断指标。
